Family Options attorneys help families affected by HIV/AIDS complete standby guardianships, guardianships, adoptions, wills, and counsel families regarding issues that may affect stability such as discrimination, confidentiality, and public benefits. Click here for more information.

Family Options was begun in 1996 to provide families in Cook County with the opportunity to formalize legal plans for their children.
